CASE STUDY: ASSET SECURITY

INCIDENT: Two men attempted to steal equipment from a client's large construction site.

LOCATION: Tennessee

SERVICE: Hybrid Security, Virtual Monitoring and Physical Guards

SITUATION:
At approximately 11:40 PM, two men cut the fencing of a 15-acre construction site and entered the area in an attempt to steal thousands of dollars of construction equipment. The site was monitored by the Global Guardian Asset Security team via a virtual and physical guard hybrid model. 

RESPONSE:
Global Guardian's remote thermal cameras detected the men at the perimeter of the site and the 24/7 Security Operations Center team monitoring the camera alarms immediately dispatched the on-site guard, while also calling 911. Within minutes, the on-site guard confronted the suspects, who fled without securing any equipment. The client was contacted and briefed on the incident. As a result of virtual camera monitoring and the immediate action of Global Guardian's 24/7 Security Operations Center, thousands of dollars of equipment were prevented from being stolen.
