SITUATION: The client approached Global Guardian Asset Security looking for a vendor who could help them meet the C-TPAT/FTZ criteria and provide streamlined and affordable 24/7 security coverage. Upon request, Global Guardian Asset Security conducted a comprehensive security assessment with the client and evaluated opportunities to use virtual monitoring to optimize its faculty security.

OUTCOME : Global Guardian enhanced the clients security posture at five locations while reducing guard force personnel by 42 percent, reducing the client's monthly expenses by 30 percent. With this enhancement, the client met criteria for C-TPAT and FTZ certifications, two government programs which offer subsidies and tax advantages when certain security requirements are met. This resulted in savings and incentives of over four million dollars over a multi-year time horizon.
