SITUATION: Global Guardian Asset Security team was contacted by a resident whose current security provider had been acquired by a new company, leaving them unsatisfied with the lack of follow-up from the new firm. After looking around for a new security provider, the residents contacted Global Guardian to discuss installation of a full residential security system that would provide them with a certificate for their insurance company, allowing them to save up to 20 percent on their homeowner's insurance cost.
OUTCOME: From start to finish the residential security system request was completed in four days. A full security system was installed to cover all exterior doors (front door, back door, and garage door) allowing for backup support from a newly installed motion detector in the living room. In addition, a 2GIG Alarm Panel was installed in addition to an Alarm.com front door doorbell, providing a sensor and alerting system to detect any intruders.
