EVENT: Securing an Annual Corporate Conference

SITUATION: Global Guardian was tasked with providing security and medical support for one of our client’s annual meetings. Several executives and over 200 of its employees were to gather in one place where sensitive, proprietary information would be discussed and circulated.

OUTCOME: For the four-day conference, the Global Guardian team provided logistical, medical, and security support. Our team arrived early to conduct a location advance conducting area reconnaissance, familiarized themselves with routes to key locations (hospitals, airports, police stations, US embassy, etc.) and liaised with hotel’s security team as well as the conference event team. By conducting access control and thorough sweeps of the meeting rooms before and after seminars, Global Guardian ensured our client’s safety and safeguarded the firm’s intellectual property by securing the premises, thus mitigating the risk of a disruptive event and preventing any loss of physical or intellectual property.  

Overall, Global Guardian provided our client with peace of mind, an assurance that our experienced and highly trained personnel would professionally navigate any potential situation and ensure the continuity of the corporate event.
