“After receiving several urgent calls for assistance from client travelers located near the attack sites, our Operations Center worked with our in-country team to coordinate recovery and movement to secure locations. In each case, we directed the clients to shelter in place while our teams responded, and were able to reach the travelers in less than hour for extraction,” said Matt Boccia, Global Guardian’s Chief Operating Officer.
